    Title:  Legislative Assistant to Senator Brad Hawkins, 12th District

    Job Description:  To assist the Senator in successfully fulfilling his public obligations by providing support services in the areas of administration, communication, policy research and public relations.

    Education/Previous Jobs That Led to Career:  While I am working part-time to finish my undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, prior experience in customer service, community service and campaign volunteer work led to my current career path.

    ·         Former Customer Service, Sales, and Social Media Coordinator at GTC Technical Support in Wenatchee.

    ·         Worked as Constituent Outreach Chair for Chelan County-wide Campaign

    ·         Volunteered for Cashmere Founders’ Day Board as Entertainment Chair

    Future Career Goals:  A career in Government Affairs and/or serving my community and region through public service. 

    Proudest Moment since High School:  In July 2014 when then-Representative Hawkins offered me the position as his Legislative Assistant.   

    Advice for High School Students:  Try everything that interests you and always say yes when presented with new opportunities.  Most importantly, say yes to new friends.
