Barbara Bartoff Tilly
Barbara graduated from Cashmere High School in 1954. She was the A.S.B. Secretary and Princess Cashmere. In 1958, she graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in music.
Barbara held a teaching position in Hayward, California and Wenatchee. In addition, she has filled community leadership roles for Habitat for Humanity, Wenatchee Valley Symphony Association, the Republican Party and the Grace Lutheran Church. Barbara is on the governor’s mansion board of trustees and a member of the Greater Wenatchee Community Foundation.
Barbara was elected to the Chelan County PUD Commissioner in 1996, and in 1999 was elected President of the Washington PUD Association.
Barbara married Earl Tilly and has three children and five grandchildren.
