Mr. Rod Robertson
Mr. Robertson currently teaches eighth grade English at Cashmere Middle School. He began teaching in 1988 after graduating from Eastmont High School and attending Central Washington University for four years. He sprang right into teaching after leaving college and has been here, in Cashmere, ever since. Besides teaching, Mr. Robertson also leads the Corps of Discovery, an extra curricular activity in which students write a two thousand word essay on a topic of their choosing. Besides that, he coaches eighth grade football. He says his favorite thing about teaching is the students. "Eighth graders are awesome!" he declares. His hobbies include hitting baseballs, kicking footballs, and going to the beach with his family.
