Online Enrollment System Update
The Cashmere School District is currently transitioning to a new Student Information System (SIS), Qmlativ. As part of this migration, the New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) feature in Skyward will be disabled as of 4:00 PM June 25, 2026.
Our new online enrollment portal through Qmlativ is currently under construction and is expected to be available soon. While we complete this transition, online enrollment services will be temporarily unavailable.
If you need to enroll a student during this period, please contact the District Office at 509-782-3355 or cibarra@cashmere.wednet.edu for assistance.
We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our systems and services for families during this transition. Please check back for updates regarding the launch of our new online enrollment portal. We are excited to bring enhanced enrollment tools and services to our families through Qmlativ!

It is recommended you utilize the following checklist for collecting necessary information and documents while completing your child's enrollment with the Cashmere School District.

*Once you have completed the online enrollment process, your application will be reviewed by the building registrar. The registrar will contact you with next steps.
CHOICE
*Families who would like to Choice into the Cashmere School District are required to submit a Non-Resident Choice Transfer Request prior to completing enrollment paperwork. Please be advised that this is an annual requirement and must be completed and approved each school year.
Once completed, mail or drop off the form in person at the Cashmere School District Office located at 210 S Division St, Cashmere WA 98815. You may also email the completed form to cibarra@cashmere.wednet.edu.
