Please contact us if you are able to VOLUNTEER for Hearing, Vision, and Scoliosis Screenings. Volunteers play a very important part in screening our students for possible referral to a physician. Your help in KINDERGARDEN through GRADE 12 is appreciated.

* Adolescents require a minimum of 8 HOURS OF SLEEP per night. Some researchers believe that 9 hours, 23 minutes is optimal for peak performance the next day.

* Remind your children to practice GOOD HYGIENE, i.e. daily bathing, brushing teeth, combing hair, and especially washing hands.

* Well-nourished children do better in school, especially if they have a good BREAKFAST low in sugar.

* PHYSICAL ACTIVITY for a minimum of 15-20 minutes per day is also very important. Walking is great...just get them moving!

Keep your student's EMERGENCY INFORMATION updated with current names and telephone numbers by contacting the school.
