Biography

After college, Mrs. Shoening began her teaching career with the Cashmere School District. She has taught third, fourth, and fifth grades. She currently teaches fourth grade part-time, job-sharing with Mrs. Ryan. She has been married to Derek, her wonderful husband of 9 years and has 3 beautiful children. Their names are Talen, Reilly, and Ty.

"I love being able to stay home with my kids in the morning, and then teach reading and writing to fourth graders at school in the afternoon!", she said.
