An interview with Mrs. Donald by Danielle C.

1. What is your job at Vale? Have you ever taught anything else?
Currently I am a second grade teacher, but I have also taught 1st grade.

2. How long have you worked here?
Since 1997

3. Who are the people in your family? Do you have any pets?
My husband’s name is Bill and I have a son Jackson who was born in 2004. We have two cats, a turtle and a fish.

4. Have you had any other careers or jobs?
I was a waitress at Applebees and a secretary.

5. Where did you go to college? What is your degree?
I graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Elementary Education and Masters degree in reading and science.

6. Why did you want to be a teacher? What inspired you?
I love kids. I was inspired by wonderful teachers in Cashmere.

7. What do you like to do outside of school? Do you have any hobbies?
I love to read, quilt and garden.

8. Are there any interesting facts you want people to know about you?
I love to travel and have been to Norway. I also love Mickey!!
