Parents/ Students can access the web cite at http://www.k12.wa.us/ and use the drop down list under Assessment to find Reading and Writing practice material plus actual WASL prompts and old test items. Under the Writing section I would like to suggest the Elaboration Module: this module is the latest information and guided PowerPoint designed to help students scoring in the 2 range improve to 3 or 4. The state has identified elaboration as the biggest correlation to student success on the test.
